APPLE, GIN & GINGER PITCHER – Makes 4 large drinks in a 2-quart pitcher
The light, fresh flavor combination of crisp apple and spicy ginger is tried and tested, and Tanqueray’s London Dry Gin blends beautifully into the mix. Add bright mint and sharp lemon, and you won’t find a better sparkling drink to share with friends and family around the table this holiday season.
Cocktail Ingredients:
- 200ml (7 fl. oz.) Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 2 lemons, cut into quarters
- 150ml (5 fl. oz.) good-quality apple juice
- 650ml (22 fl. oz.) Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
- Mint sprig, to garnish
- Apple wedges, to garnish
Make the Cocktail:
- Fill a pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes. Pour over the gin.
- Squeeze over the lemon quarters, then drop them into the pitcher.
- Add the apple juice and top up with the ginger ale.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and apple wedges.
Tip: If you have a bit of time before people come over, mix up the drink without the ice or ginger ale. Add the mint sprig and apple wedges and let them soak for one hour, to add even more flavor. Just before serving, add ice cubes and top with ginger ale.
