While some of us are hitting up our favorite pub, others may be hosting a gathering with friends to mark the occasion. SPICY MARGARITA
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Jalapeño Slice
Optional: ½ Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Tajin (Wet ½ rim of a rocks glass with a lime wheel or wedge, then dip in salt mixture.)
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle jalapeño, add ice, shake vigorously, then fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with a jalapeño slice.
CASAMIGOS MARGARITA
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Optional: ½ Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Orange Zest Rim (Wet ½ rim of a rocks glass with a lime wheel or wedge, then dip in salt mixture.)
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with lime wheel through skewer.
CASAMIGOS MULE
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- Top off with Ginger Beer
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle herbs, add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into a copper mug or rocks glass. Add fresh ice, top off with ginger beer, and garnish with a lime wheel and candied ginger through the skewer.
SMOKY PALOMA
.75 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
.75 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Lemon Lime Soda
Method: Combine all ingredients, except lemon-lime soda into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake well, and fine strain into Collins glass. Add fresh crushed ice, top off with lemon-lime soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
