CASA PALOMA
- 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- .75 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .25 oz. Agave Nectar
- Splash with Grapefruit Soda
- Garnish with Grapefruit Slice
Method: Combine all ingredients, except grapefruit soda into a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain in a rocks glass. Add fresh ice, top off with grapefruit soda, and garnish.
SPICY STRAWBERRY BASIL MARGARITA
- 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Full Strawberries OR .25 oz. Strawberry Puree by REAL
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 4 Basil Leaves
- 2 Serrano Slices
- 2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
- 1/2 Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Tajín
- Garnish with a large basil leaf and Serrano slice
Method: Combine all ingredients into the tin shaker. Muddle fruit/herbs. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into a rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
SMOKY CASA MARGARITA
- 2 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .75 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish with a Flamed Orange Peel
Method: Combine all ingredients into the tin shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
