Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Varietal
- 3 oz Sparkling Water
- Your choice of fragrant herbs, crisp citrus, or other fresh fruit for garnish
Method: Combine your favorite Ketel One Botanical varietal, sparkling water, and garnish in a wine glass over ice.
Zacapa Rum’s “Amor de Madre” – By: Lynnette Marrero
Ingredients:
Yields 1 Serving*
- 1 oz Zacapa rum
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz blackberry/lavender honey syrup (1:1, honey:water)*
- Champagne (or any dry sparkling wine)
Garnish:
- Twist of a lemon peel
- 1 blackberry
Method: Add Zacapa rum, lemon juice, and blackberry/lavender honey syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist and blackberry
*Lavender blackberry honey Syrup: Place 10 blackberries in a pot and muddle. to the pot add 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of water, and 6 Teaspoons of dry lavender. Bring all the ingredients to over medium heat, then let simmer, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar and until you smell the lavender. Strain and Seal in a container. Store in a cool place, it will keep for two months.
Ketel One Botanical’s Lady Kombucha Cooler – Recipe by Goop
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint
- 1 lemon wedge, squeezed and juiced
- 3 ounces Health-Ade Pink Lady Apple Kombucha
Garnish:
- 1 thin slice of apple
- 1 lemon twist
Method: Add the Ketel One Botanical and the lemon juice to a chilled glass with ice. Top with the kombucha and garnish with the apple slice and lemon twist.
