Just in time for whiskey drinking season, we are very excited to share news of the third Booker’s Batch of the year: Booker’s Bourbon 2021-03 “Bardstown.”
This batch honors Bardstown, Kentucky- which some may know as the Bourbon Capital of the World, but to 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe and several other generations of Beam family members, it was home. Booker moved to Bardstown after college to join the family business and lived there for more than 50 years and became a vital part of the community. Today, 7th Generation Master Distiller Fred Noe and 8th Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe live in Bardstown as well.
TASTING NOTES – Like all batches of Booker’s Bourbon, Booker’s “Bardstown Batch” was selected by 7th Generation Master Distiller Fred Noe to ensure it upholds the qualities and standards that his dad set for Booker’s Bourbon more than 30 years ago. Uncut and unfiltered, this batch was chosen with the following characteristics:
PROOF: 125.5
AGE: 6 years, 5 months, and 0 days
BATCH NOTES: Booker’s “Bardstown Batch” has a matured amber color. The aroma contains brown sugar and caramel,
balanced with bakery spice and wood sugar notes from the charred white oak barrels. The full-bodied taste will make it an ideal pour as the weather starts to turn crisp.
Booker’s “Bardstown Batch” is available nationwide beginning in October in limited quantities
with a Suggested Retail Price of $89.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
