In between the fun, sip on a Casa Cider, Casa Hot chocolate or an Añejo Manhattan for a quiet night indoors.
CASA BELLS
- 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- .5 oz. Cherry liqueur
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds then fine strain into rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with 3 fresh cranberries on skewer and dill sprig.
SANTA’S NIGHTCAP
- 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
- 1 oz. Casamigos Blanco
- 3 oz. Egg Nog
- 2 Dashes Vanilla Extract
- Serve in Coupe Glass
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously then strain into coupe glass. Garnish with coconut shavings and nutmeg over top.
FROSTBITE
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco
- .75 oz. White Chocolate Liqueur
- .25 oz. Crème de Menthe
- 1 oz. Crème
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- Top off with Whipped Cream
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into champagne glass. Top off with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candy or rosemary sprig.
EVERGREEN
- 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
- .75 oz. Casamigos Blanco
- .75 oz. Green Chartreuse
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Rosemary Syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously then strain into coupe glass. Garnish with Rosemary soaked sprig in high proof spirit, dip rosemary tip in edible gold dust, light middle of rosemary and lay flamed across cocktail.
To create rosemary syrup – (Makes 750ml) Bring 12 oz. water to a boil and add 10-12 rosemary sprigs and let simmer for 10-12 minutes. Then add 12 oz. granulated white sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Fine strain into another medium-sized saucepan and let cool. Once cool, transfer into a glass vessel with a lid and refrigerate. Good for 3-4 weeks.
CASA ROYALE
- 1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- .5 oz. Crème de Cassis
- Rim with edible gold glitter
- Top off with chilled champagne or prosecco
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, except for champagne or prosecco and add ice. Shake vigorously for 4-6 seconds then strain into champagne flute. Top off with champagne or prosecco. Garnish with concord grape on the skewer and edible gold glitter over top.
CASA CIDER
- 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1.5 oz. Apple Cider
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Agave Nectar
- 2 Dashes Angostura
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds then strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with thin apple slice, thyme sprig, star anise, and cinnamon sprinkle. This cocktail can also be served hot.
CASA HOT CHOCOLATE
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 4 oz. Hot Chocolate Mix
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- .25 oz. Almond Liqueur
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Method: Combine Casamigos, agave nectar, almond liqueur, and cinnamon into a mug. Top with hot chocolate mix and stir. Garnish with 2 large roasted marshmallows and graham cracker square.
AÑEJO MANHATTAN
- 2 oz. Casamigos Añejo Tequila
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Method: Combine all ingredients into glass mixer and add ice. Stir for 30-40 seconds, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry on a skewer.
