With a few last moments to enjoy the summer sun, don’t forget to add a signature Casamigos cocktail to your Labor Day celebrations. The Casa Picante, Ginger Thyme Paloma, Blueberry Mint Lemonade and Casa Luna are all deliciously refreshing recipes that you can easily make at home and enjoy as we transition from summer to fall!
Casa Picante
- 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 Fresno Chili Slice
- 8-10 Cilantro Leaves
- Garnish with Red Chili Pepper Slice
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle cilantro and Fresno chili, add ice and shake vigorously, then fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
Casa Blueberry Mint Lemonade
- 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 2.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1.25 oz. Simple Syrup
- 5-6 Blueberries
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- Top off with Soda Water
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker except for soda water. Muddle fruit/herbs, add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into Collins glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
Casa Ginger Thyme Paloma
- 1 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 Dried Thyme Sprigs
- Splash of Lemon Lime Soda
- Lime Wheel and Dried Thyme
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle Thyme, add ice, shake well, and fine strain into Collins glass. Add fresh crushed ice, top off with lemon-lime soda and garnish with a lime wheel and dried thyme.
Casa Luna
- 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
