Ryem Thyme – To add a little fun to your cocktail repertoire
- Ingredients:
- 1.5 parts Redemption Rye
- 1.5 parts grapefruit
- .25 parts lemon juice
- .75 Aperol
- Instructions:
- Shake all ingredients with ice and a few sprigs of thyme
- Strain over rocks in an old-fashioned glass
- Top with tonic
- Garnish with thyme
The Waldorf – To honor the classics
- Ingredients:
- 2 parts Rye Whiskey
- .75 parts Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes aromatic bitters
- Absinthe rinsed glass
- Instructions:
- Rinse nic and nora glass with absinthe
- Pour excess into stirring glass
- Stir all ingredients with ice
- Strain neat into nic and nora
- Garnish with expressed lemon peel
Practice Practice Practice – For a twist on a whiskey sour
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bib & Tucker 6-Year-Old Small Batch Bourbon
- .75 oz Sour cherries syrup
- .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Lemon wedge
- Instructions:
- Shake all ingredients
- Serve in a double rocks glass over ice
