- 1.5 oz Santo Blanco Tequila
- Fresh lime slice (cut as shown)
- Sea salt
The Santo Bloody Orange Margarita is a wicked fun spin on the classic margarita that blends sweet and tangy blood orange with the smooth and authentic flavors of Santo Blanco Tequila. This boo-sy cocktail is the perfect treat for your backyard Halloween bash.
- 1.5 oz Santo Blanco Tequila
- 3 oz Sparkling Blood Orange juice
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime juice
- 2 oz Cointreau
Method: Shake Santo Blanco, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice. Strain over ice and top with sparkling blood orange juice. Serve in a rocks glass Garnish with an orange slice and lime wheel
The Redemption is the perfect cocktail to kick off mischief hour! Featuring the Santo Tequilla Blanco, it is a Santo Spirits fan favorite that will have you rolling over in your grave. Combining citrus fruit galore, this sweet cocktail is the trick to satisfy your sweet tooth this Halloween and is dressed up in spooky orange and blood-like red color.
- 2 oz. Santo Tequila Blanco
- 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
- 1 oz. House-made fresh lemon sour
- 1 1/2 oz. Clementine and Peach flavored sparkling soda
- 1/2 oz. Blood orange soda (floater)
Method: Combine all ingredients but the blood orange soda in a shaker and shake and strain over a tall rocks glass filled with ice. Add a floater of blood orange soda then garnished with a slice of blood orange on a skull skewer.
Fiery Fieri brings the heat by combining the unique favors of Guy Fieri’s Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Australian Aromatic Bitters and a Chipotle Chili Sugar Rim with Santo Mezquila. - 2 oz Santo Mezquila
- 1 oz Agave Nectar
- 1.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Guy Fieri’s Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Australian Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish: Chipotle Chili Sugar Rim
Method: Rim 10oz glass with chipotle chili sugar blend, fill with ice, and set aside. Fill mixing glass 2/3 with ice and add Mezquila, agave nectar, lime juice, BBQ sauce, and Australian bitters. Cap mixing glass with shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain contents from shaker tin into rimmed 10oz glass and serve.

- 1 oz. Santo Mezquila
- 0.75 oz. Aperol
- 0.5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.25 oz. Agave Nectar
Method: Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake, and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a long thin grapefruit peel.

- 2 oz Josephine’s Flathead River Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 brandied cherry for garnish
Method: Place ingredients into a cocktail mixing vessel with one large ice cube and stir for 15 seconds until lightly chilled. Pour into a coupe glass.

- 1 oz Bertie’s Bear Gulch Bourbon
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz honey syrup
Method: Place ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass. Add lemon peel for garnish.

Created by Lu Brow, one of the most well-known and beloved mixologists in New Orleans, this cocktail plays off the various sweet and savory notes of Bertie’s Bear Gulch Bourbon and blends the sweet and savory of strawberries and thyme – classic witches brew ingredient!
- 2 oz Bertie’s Bear Gulch Bourbon
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz thyme simple syrup
- 4 drops orange bitters
- 2 strawberries (sliced and muddled)
- 1 strawberry for garnish
- 1 sprig thyme for garnish
Method: In a cocktail shaker muddle strawberries and add fresh lemon, thyme syrup, and whiskey along with ice. Shake well and strain over crushed ice and garnish with a sliced strawberry and thyme (optional.)
To make thyme simple syrup, combine 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup very hot water and mix well. Place 1/4 cup fresh thyme into the mixture. Allow steeping for 30 minutes. Double strain into a clean container. Will keep for 3 weeks in a cool environment.
