June 19th is National Martini Day so there’s no better time to celebrate with a fresh martini recipe. The great thing is that Martinis aren’t just for Dad…you mom, aunt, uncle and even the grandparents may love to sip on a this classic cocktail. For years, this cocktail has been popular with with celebrities such as W.C. Fields, who according to sources, drank at least two martinis every day. Queen Elizabeth II apparently likes her martini with a lemon, Madonna claims to love a Pomegranate Martini and has that in common with Oprah, who is a fan of martinis that are a little sweeter, citing lemon drops or pomegranate martinis as her preferred cocktails. As for James Bond, he prefers them shaken ~ not stirred!

Watermelon Martini
- 1 part DeKuyper® Pucker® Watermelon Schnapps
- 2 parts Pinnacle® Original Vodka
- 1 splash Lime Juice
Preparation: Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
High Roller
- 1 part Pinnacle® Original Vodka
- 1 splash Olive Juice
- 1 spritz Vermouth, Sweet
- Olives
Preparation: Shake and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with olives.
Elderflower Martini
- 2 parts Pinnacle® Original Vodka
- 1/2 parts JDK & Sons™ Fleur Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 parts Lime Juice
Preparation: Build over ice, stir and strain into glass.
