Knowing that the trend continues to gain in popularity, Hilton Hotels & Resorts teamed up with wellness expert and master mixologist Elliott Clark of @apartment_bartender to curate some exclusive zero-proof cocktails that will be available as an off-menu option in lobby bars at select Hilton properties. This special offering will also feature a few new traditional cocktail options.
These cocktails were inspired by 2020s most desired and trending flavor profiles, like coffee, cognac, and non-alcoholic spirits. Hilton Hotels & Resorts is offering these off-menu cocktails in celebration of its reinvigorated lobby bars around the world – and these drinks are an example of what guests and locals can expect in the future across the entire portfolio.
Off-Menu Cocktails
- Paloma Undercover: Zero-proof winter variation on a classic Paloma cocktail. Brown sugar and grapefruit pair perfectly to give this drink a bitter/sweet balance.
- The Tamed Tiki: A tiki-style, zero-proof cocktail made with coconut water, ginger beer and a hint of citrus to transport travelers to somewhere tropical and warm right from the first sip.
- Café Cognac: This cocktail is a variation on a classic old fashioned, but using Cognac, and coffee, an ingredient that continues to trend in the cocktail space.
- Urban Bourbon: This cocktail combines America’s favorite spirit, bourbon, with floral tones stemming from its’ hibiscus flavoring.
