Alpha Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Lobos 1707 Joven Tequila
- 1.5 oz ruby grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- Salt or spicy seasoning (optional)
- Garnish: Ruby grapefruit
Directions: Add the agave, tequila, and lemon juice to a mixing tin and shake. Pour in a rocks glass over ice, and top with ruby grapefruit juice, and garnish. Optional: Rim the glass with lemon juice and then salt or spicy seasoning.
Hemingway Crush
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Papa’s Pilar® Blonde Rum
- 4 oz Fresh squeezed Grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz grapefruit liqueur
- 2 oz club soda
Directions: Build over ice. Garnish with grapefruit slices.
Attitude is Everything
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
- 1 oz Blueberry Thyme Simple Syrup*
- 1 pint Blueberries
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 handful Fresh Thyme
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
Directions: Build over ice. Serve and enjoy!
*Blueberry Thyme Simple Syrup: Add the blueberries, water, and sugar to a saucepan then begin mashing the blueberries. Cover over high heat until it begins to bubble and boil. Remove from heat and add thyme. Let infuse for at least 15 minutes. Remove thyme and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer. Store syrup in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Southern Bella
Ingredients:
- 2oz hibiscus kiss infused Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey*
- 1oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1oz Crockett Desert Gold Mesquite Honey Syrup**
- 1oz egg white
- 3 dashes of Fee Brothers rhubarb bitters
Directions: Add 2oz Hibiscus Kiss infused Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey, plus all other ingredients to your cocktail shaker. Begin with a dry shake (without ice), followed by your wet shake (with ice) for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pinch of dry tea in the center.
*Hibiscus Kiss infused Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey: Combine one bottle of Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey with 2oz of Loose Leaf Tea Market’s Hibiscus Kiss blend. Steep at room temperature until a dark pomegranate juice color is achieved. Once the whiskey is done steeping, strain out any remaining tea.
**Crockett Desert Gold Mesquite Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts hot honey and water. Stir to combine. Allow to cool before use.
