BACARDÍ El Presidente No.4
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro Rum
- ¾ oz. MARTINI & ROSSI® Riserva Speciale Rubino
- ¼ oz. orange Curaçao
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
Method: Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice until very cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
BACARDÍ Air Mail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. BACARDI Añejo Cuatro Rum
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. honey syrup
- 1 ½ oz. MARTINI & ROSSI® Prosecco
Method: Shake the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and double strain into a flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with orange zest and a postage stamp.
