• Ingredients: 
  • 2oz Glendalough Double Barrel 
  • 1oz of Fresh Lime Juice 
  • 3 Dashes of Bitters 
  • Splash Ginger Beer 
  • Garnish: Lime Wedge 
• Method: Combine the Double Barrel, lime juice, and bitters in a shaker and shake. Garnish with a lime wedge, pour over ice in a highball glass, and top with ginger beer.
